Each of your virtual numbers has its own Inbox — a list of every call and voicemail that's come in to that number. From the Inbox you can listen to voicemails, block unwanted callers, and download your call history.
Where to find your Inbox
- Log in at portal.everreach.co.uk
- Open Reception and click into the number whose calls you want to see
The Inbox tab opens by default.
What each row shows
Each row in the Inbox is one inbound interaction. Columns:
- Date/Time — when the call came in
- Type — an icon showing whether it was an answered call, a missed call, or a voicemail
- From — the caller's number (or their name, if they're saved as a contact)
- Forwarded To — which of your contacts the call was forwarded to (when applicable)
- Digits — any keys the caller pressed during the call (e.g. when going through a menu)
- Duration — how long the call lasted
Voicemail rows show two extra columns when Smart Voicemail is on for the number: Caller (the caller's name picked up from the message) and Category (a colour-coded badge showing what the call was about).
What you can do with each row
- Play voicemail — for voicemail rows, click the green play button to listen in your browser
- Block caller — click the red ban icon to add the caller's number to your blocklist (admin only — see Block unwanted callers)
- Delete — click the trash icon to remove the row from your Inbox. For voicemails, this also deletes the recording (see Can I restore deleted voicemails? — short answer: no)
Search
Use the search box to find calls from or to a specific number.
Export your call history
Click Export CSV to download your call history for a date range you pick. The export covers this number's Inbox only — if you have multiple numbers, do this for each.
