Block unwanted callers

Add unwanted numbers to your account's blocklist and calls from them get rejected before they reach you.

Blocked numbers are account-wide: a number you block applies to all your virtual numbers, not just one. Only admins can manage the blocklist.

Block a number

The quickest way is from your Inbox: hover over a call or voicemail row from the number you want to block, click the Block icon, and confirm.

You can also add numbers manually:

1. Log in at portal.everreach.co.uk
2. Open Blocked Numbers from the menu
3. Click Block Number and enter the number you want to block

Unblock a number

Open Blocked Numbers, find the number in your list (search by phone number if it's a long list), click the delete icon on its row, and confirm.
