When you sign up to everreach, you pick a UK virtual number that callers will dial. You can also add more numbers later, depending on your plan.
Number types
everreach offers two types of number:
- Local — a UK landline number tied to a specific area (01 / 02 prefix). Callers see a number they recognise as local to your region. You pick the area code — for example, 020 for London or 0161 for Manchester — and choose from available numbers in that area.
- National — a UK national-rate number (0330 prefix), not tied to any particular city. Costs the same for callers as a standard landline. A good choice if your business isn't location-specific.
Neither type costs extra to receive calls on — forwarding charges depend on your plan's included minutes.

Managing numbers after signup
You can add or remove virtual numbers at any time from the Virtual Numbers section of the everreach portal. The number of numbers your plan includes varies — see Add or remove virtual numbers.
Bringing an existing number in
If you already have a business number you'd like to keep, you can port it to everreach. See Bring a number to everreach, or move yours elsewhere.
