When you sign up to everreach, your number is active but won't ring through to your phone until you've set up a call flow — the rules that tell us what to do when someone calls. The Quick Setup wizard is the fastest way to get a basic flow in place: a short greeting your callers hear, then the call forwarded to your phone. About two minutes, end to end.

Where to find the wizard
- Log in at portal.everreach.co.uk
- Open Reception and click into the number you want to set up
- Go to the Call Flow tab
- If you don't already have a flow, click Quick Setup on the empty state
Step 1 — Create a greeting
Type the message you want callers to hear when they dial your number. We'll convert it to speech automatically. Give the greeting a name and click Next.
If you've already created audio prompts on your account, you can pick one from the list instead.
Step 2 — Add a contact
Enter the number to forward calls to — your mobile, office landline, or another number. Give it a name and click Next.
If you've already saved contacts on your account, you can pick one from the list.
Step 3 — Review and create
Review your selections and click the create button. Your number will start forwarding calls immediately.
Making changes later
Go to Reception → [your number] → Call Flow to edit your flow at any time. You can edit actions directly, or delete the flow and run the wizard again.
