Time rules let you define schedules — for example, your business opening hours — and use them in your call flow to route calls differently at different times of day.
Each time rule covers a set of days (any combination from Monday to Sunday) and either a time range (like 09:00 to 17:30) or "all day". Create as many as you need — one for office hours, one for lunch breaks, one for weekends, one for public holidays.
To create a time rule:
- Log in at portal.everreach.co.uk
- Open Reception and click into one of your numbers
- Go to the Time Rules tab
- Click Create Rule
- Give it a name, pick the days it applies to, and either set a time range or tick "All day"
- Save the rule
Use time rules in your call flow editor — for example, forward calls to your mobile during office hours and send them to voicemail outside them.
Notes
- Time rules are shared across all your virtual numbers — create a rule once and reuse it across numbers
- You can edit or remove a rule at any time. If a rule is in use in a call flow, update the flow before removing the rule
