You can add more virtual numbers to your account at any time, or remove ones you no longer need. Both are admin-only actions.
How many numbers your plan includes
- Start — 1 included, 1 maximum
- Grow — 3 included, 3 maximum
- Run — 5 included, 7 maximum (up to 2 extra numbers at £1/month each)
Adding an extra shows the cost before you confirm. You only pay for the days you have it.
If you're on Start or Grow, upgrade your plan for a higher allowance.
Where to find your virtual numbers
- Log in at portal.everreach.co.uk
- Open Virtual Numbers from the menu
Add a number
- Click Add Number
- Pick the kind of number you want:
- Local — a UK landline number for a specific city or area (01 / 02 prefix). You'll pick the area code (e.g. 020 for London, 0161 for Manchester) and we'll show you what's available.
- National — a UK national-rate number (0330 prefix). Costs the same to call as a landline; not tied to any particular city.
- Pick a number from the list of available options
- Click Add Number. If it takes you over your allowance, confirm the cost on the dialog that appears.
Your new number is active straight away. Go to Reception → [your new number] → Call Flow to set up a call flow (see Quick Setup for a basic flow in two minutes).
Remove a number
To remove a number from your account:
- Open Virtual Numbers from the menu
- Find the number in your list (use the search box if you have many)
- Click the trash icon on its row
- Confirm by clicking Delete Number
This action can't be undone. Once removed, the number leaves your account and is held for at least 90 days before being released — see what happens to your number when you remove it.
