Yes — you can switch to any plan at any time. Admins only.
To change your plan:
- Log in at portal.everreach.co.uk
- Open Billing & Usage from the menu
- Click Change Plan and select the plan you want
Billing adjustment
Plan changes take effect immediately. We calculate the price difference for the remainder of your billing period and either charge the extra (upgrade) or credit your account (downgrade). Your minutes allowance adjusts to match the new plan for the rest of the period.
Downgrading with more numbers than the new plan allows
If you're downgrading to a plan that includes fewer numbers than you currently have, remove the excess numbers first. For example, the Start plan includes 1 number — if you have 3, remove 2 before downgrading.
