You can invite other people to your everreach account so they can help manage calls, listen to voicemails, and configure call flows. There are two role levels — admin and member — and you can restrict members to specific virtual numbers.
Only admins can invite or manage team members.
What each role can do
- Admin — full access to everything: billing, plans, numbers, the blocklist, team members, and all call flows. Most accounts have at least one admin (the person who signed up) and may add more if needed.
- Member — can read inboxes, listen to voicemails, and edit call flows for the virtual numbers they've been given access to. Members can't see billing, change the plan, manage the blocklist, add or remove numbers, or invite other team members.
Invite a team member
- Log in at portal.everreach.co.uk
- Open Users from the menu
- Click Invite User
- Enter their email address
- Choose whether they should be an admin or a member
- For members, pick which of your virtual numbers they should have access to
- Click Send Invitation — they'll receive an invitation email with a link to set up their account
Manage pending invitations
If an invited person hasn't accepted their invitation yet, you can manage it from the Invitations page (linked from Users). From there you can:
- Resend the invitation email if they didn't get the first one
- Remove the invitation entirely if they're no longer joining
Update or remove an existing team member
From the Users page, click the edit icon on a row to change their email or admin status, or the trash icon to remove their access. Removing a user revokes their login immediately.
Change which numbers a member can access
Member access to specific virtual numbers can also be managed per-number. Open Reception, click into the number, and go to the Users tab to see who has access and add or remove people there.
