You can cancel at any time. Your number stays live and you retain access until the end of the period you've paid for.
You'll need to be an admin on the account to cancel.
To cancel:
- Log in at portal.everreach.co.uk
- Open Billing & Usage from the menu
- Click Manage Billing to open your billing portal, then choose Cancel subscription. (If you have an older account, you'll see a Cancel Subscription button on the Billing page directly — click that instead.)
