Yes — if you reactivate within 90 days of cancelling, your number is still assigned to your account.
To reactivate: log back in at portal.everreach.co.uk, pick a plan, and update your payment method.
After 90 days, the number is released back to the network and removed from your account — once released, it can't be recovered and may have been assigned to someone else.
