If I cancel my subscription, will my call records and voicemails be saved?

Once your subscription ends, you'll lose access to your call records and voicemails in the everreach portal. The data is retained in line with our Privacy Policy, but won't be accessible through your account.

Voicemails are also delivered to your email as an audio attachment when they arrive, so you have copies in your inbox.

To export your call records before you cancel: open Reception, click into the number you want, go to its Inbox, and click Export to pick a date range and download. If you have multiple numbers, do this for each one.
