Update your account details

You can update your name, email address, password, and timezone from your account settings at any time.

To get to Settings

1. Log in at portal.everreach.co.uk
2. Click your name in the top-right corner of the everreach portal
3. Choose Settings from the dropdown

What you can change

• First name and last name — click into the field and save your change
• Email address — handled in a separate dialog. You'll need to enter your current password to confirm, and you'll be logged out for security after the change. Log back in with the new email.
• Password — change it from the password section on the same page
• Timezone — pick yours from the list so dates and times in the everreach portal display correctly
